The price of services is paid directly to the provider, using the means the provider offers: no money relating to a service goes through TrouveMoi. Professionals’ subscriptions and gift vouchers are paid to TrouveMoi through its approved payment partner. Cancellation and refund conditions are specified before each booking.
TrouveMoi Plaisirs & Loisirs does its utmost to ensure the availability and reliability of the platform, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. We cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the platform.
